Privacy Policy

  • Maintain open and regular communication throughout the collaboration to address any potential issues promptly.
  • DCN Global is a platform that facilitates connections and collaborations between individuals and organizations.
  • Member has to Maintain ethical standards of practice
  • Dressing professionally for all network events and meetings
  • Medical leave will only be approved in the event of hospitalization of yourself or your immediate family member.
  • If any member can not attend the meeting, he/she can send a substitute to represent you.
  • All Members have to reach the meeting venue before 10 minutes of the meeting and after that, it will be considered as a late mark and 2 late marks will be considered as one leave.
  • Members have to come with their DCN badge in meetings otherwise you have to skip your presentation.
  • All members have to mention their activities in the DCN mobile app/website to upgrade their profile and to get benefits from the rewards and award program.
  • DCN allows up to 2 absences within your 6-month rolling period and after that, your membership will be canceled automatically and your category will open for another member in that chapter.
  • All paid fees are not refundable or transferable.
  • Members have to pay their renewal amount before a month to book their current membership and if we do not receive your renewal amount, DCN can give that place to any other doctor.
  • All social gatherings and additional events like family gathering events and outdoor socials will be charged extra to participate.
  • In any dispute between members, DCN management’s decision will be final for all, and all members have to accept that decision.
  • Due to any reason, if any meeting will be canceled or postponed, members have to co-operate and wait for the next date of meeting.
  • DCN Global does not give any guarantee for business or leads with this membership.
  • DCN Global acts as a facilitator and does not take sides in any disputes arising from collaborations formed on the platform.
  • It is the responsibility of members to resolve any disputes arising from collaborations. DCN Global encourages members to communicate openly and respectfully to seek amicable resolutions.
  • DCN Global is not involved in any financial transactions between members. We do not hold funds, handle payments, or guarantee financial outcomes.
  • DCN Global reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform with an effective date.
